Poor Quality - Dimensions Not As Advertised

Ordered these as replacements for a standard Belling 60cm cooker hood. They do not fit as the dimensions are bigger than advertised 2mm on length and 4mm on width. I am returning for a refund but have been informed I must pay the return postage even though the item is not of merchantable quality. This contravenes the distance selling regulations and shows what a poor company this is to deal with. I supplied numerous pictures including ones with a tape measure against the item. The response to this was they thought I was fudging the pictures as they asked for more. I have now reported this matter to their local trading standards office. Do not buy if you want filters that fit. The picture shows the original filter on the right and the replacement on the left. You don't need a tape measure to see they are not the same size!!!!! Poor service and attitude and I certainly wont be a returning customer.
