Great

This head is mush better than the basic head I had which came with the hoover although my hoover is a good few years old. I really like it and think it collects the dust and pet hair of hard floor much better than the existing old head. I have not used it on the stairs I use one of the smaller tools.

Worth every penny

Great for cleaning up dog hair! Although the dog likes to attack it, but then thats because the dog is a bit of a dick and attacks every hoover whilst also jumping away from it! She thinks shes so tough but hes really not!

Good addition

Purchased the extra head for my cleaning company. It's a great addition for my henry as it glides easily without sticking to the floor. However it's noisy and rattles a bit.
