The customer service was very kind and helpfull

I bought the purple extension rod wand tube pipe thinking that it could be compatible with my Dyson SV12 detect slim absolute vacuum cleaner model, but it was not. This was my mistake as I didn't know that Dyson had two different V12 models. In the end, the customer service kindly helped me to sorte out the issue and the money were refunded to me very quicly.
