Brand new, premium quality universal top fix gutter rafter bracket. These brackets are typically installed during the roofing process and simply nail or screw into the top of the roof joist before the roof coverings are added. They are easier to fit than other brackets due to easy access. Made with galvanised steel - ensuring rust / weather / corrosion resistance and long life. Installation:
This top rafter bracket is generally used on properties where there is no fascia board at the eaves (often referred to as open eaves).
The rafter bracket is screwed onto the top of the foot of the rafter at the eaves. A standard fascia bracket is then attached to the vertical section of the rafter arm using the small nut and bolt supplied.
The fascia bracket can then be adjusted up or down to ensure that the correct fall is achieved on the gutter.
